A Cat That Is No Longer With Us LayLay (J&K HIM LAY LAY) was a cat that is no longer with us. He was one of the four cats: SiSi , DorDor, BearBear, and LayLay. After his birth, LayLay was very weak. Although the mother cat was experienced and skilled at raising kittens, frequently exposing her belly for the kittens to nurse, LayLay was so weak that he couldn't even muster the strength to crawl to her nipples to feed. We could only watch helplessly as nature took its course, or attempt to save him by tube feeding, as per the literature. Although we had prior experience with tube feeding, it was always a nerve-wracking process because one wrong placement into the lungs could be fatal within a day. Tube feeding required feeding every few hours, and under severe sleep deprivation, ensuring zero mistakes was crucial to keep him alive. A story of J&K HIM GEI GEI: Miss Hong Kong from a pubic housing estates  "Even public housing estates have Miss Hong Kong!" This sentence inspired the owner of J&K HIM GEI GEI, who was able to stand on the stage with Gei Gei at the CFA International Division Awards Banquet 2023 .   A few years ago, Gei Gei's owner brought him from the cattery, and then she had little contact. This year, we have received special attention from the heavens to cheer us on our breeding path. we are honor to announce J&K HIM Jer Jer won the title of Grand Premiership in One Show competition, becoming the second cat of the "One Show Grand" for our cattery. In addition, J&K HIM Jer Jer became the first cat in our cattery to be awarded the title of "CFA Division Winner". The story of Ugly Duckling happens again in J&K HIM Cattery J&K HIM JER JER, bred from J&K HIM Cattery, has won the CFA DW title for the 2021-2022 season. We are very grateful to the relevant cat association for holding the CFA cat show competition despite all the difficulties during the epidemic. At the same time, we would like to thank the judges for their affirmation and comments on JER JER, which enables us to continuously improve and grow. Honor under the Epidemic : J&K HIM Cattery got award again Before the epidemic had completely retreated, the J&K HIM Cattery received an encouraging message.  In the last season (2018-2019) , we won the TICA International Cat Association's Best Himalayan in the international region and the Best Cream Point Himalayan of the year. In this season (2019- 2020),  J&K HIM Cattery got awards again. J&K HIM Dor Dor is the 17th Best Alter and the Best Himalayan Alter in the international region. We, first of all, want to thank the cat owner for his proper care,  and making Dor Dor happy every day, letting him have the best performance during the show time and won the awards finally.  Under the epidemic, there is no cat show, and everybody "Work From Home" does increase the difficulty of taking care of cats.
